Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Java, JSP, Spring
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Work on database integration and data management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech / BE / MCA / PGDCA
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java web development
- Strong proficiency in JSP, Spring and java web technologies
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for frontend development
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Understanding of MVC architecture and web application design patterns
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
