Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable enterprise applications.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud services, RESTful APIs, Kafka, relational databases, and ORM technologies, along with the ability to interact with customers, understand business requirements, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement scalable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work with GCP services, including Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and BigQuery.
- Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka.
- Develop and optimize database queries using SQL and relational databases.
- Use Hibernate and JPA for database operations and ORM.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and production support.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and validate deliverables.
- Contribute to technical design, implementation planning, code reviews, and best practices.
- Evaluate and adopt suitable tools, technologies, and development practices.





Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
- Experience with Hibernate and JPA.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and deployment.
- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly:
- Cloud SQL
- Cloud Storage
- Pub/Sub
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- BigQuery
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
- Exposure to legacy application modernization and system integration.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adopt industry best practices.
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Education
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; or MCA.

Experience Requirements
- 6–8 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Relevant hands-on GCP experience is essential for this role.
