About the role:

Dream Travel Yaari is looking for an experienced International Travel Consultant with solid practical knowledge of Japan and Hong Kong destinations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized holiday itineraries, preparing quotations, advising clients, and converting travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design customized domestic and international holiday packages, with a primary focus on Japan and Hong Kong.
- Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries covering sightseeing, hotels, transportation, activities and transfers.
- Recommend suitable hotels, attractions, experiences and travel routes based on client preferences and budgets.
- Prepare accurate package costing, quotations, profit margins and customized travel proposals.
- Handle client enquiries, understand travel requirements, follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
- Explain visa requirements, travel documentation, entry conditions and other relevant travel guidelines using current official information.
- Coordinate with destination management companies (DMCs), hotels,



transport providers and other travel suppliers.
- Manage booking confirmations, itinerary changes, customer queries and pre-departure coordination.
- Maintain accurate lead records, quotations and booking updates in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualification :

- 2–4 years of experience in international holiday sales, tour consulting or itinerary planning.
- Demonstrable practical knowledge of both Japan and Hong Kong as travel destinations.
- Experience preparing customized FIT itineraries and international holiday quotations.
- Strong understanding of hotel selection, sightseeing, transfers, transportation and package costing.
- Proven ability to handle clients, negotiate, follow up and close travel bookings.
- Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel and travel supplier platforms is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Someone who can independently plan a Japan or Hong Kong holiday from enquiry to quotation and booking, explain the itinerary confidently to a customer, and convert the enquiry into a sale.
