Key Responsibilities

- Handle user queries and technical issues through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and software applications.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
- Provide basic support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, email, and user account access.
- Log, update, track, and close tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 or the concerned technical team.
- Assist with IT asset inventory, hardware allocation, and software installation.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure professional communication and timely support to end users.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and Outlook troubleshooting.




- Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT service management processes.
- Valuable English verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and remote support tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
