Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop/laptop troubleshooting
- Network management (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Software installation & updates
- Hardware, printer & VOIP troubleshooting
- Data security & backups
- Dialer support (preferred)
Requirements:
- Solid IT support skills (Windows, networking, VOIP)
- BPO/Call Center experience preferred
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
