We are looking for a organised and detail-oriented Inventory / Stock Incharge to manage stock at our lighting showroom and warehouse. The role covers receiving, storing, tracking and issuing lighting products and accessories, keeping records accurate in software and Excel, and coordinating with the sales, purchase and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming stock, check it against purchase orders and invoices, and inspect for damage, breakage or shortages.
- Maintain accurate stock records in inventory/billing software and Excel (inward, outward, returns, transfers).
- Arrange stock systematically by brand, category and SKU (decorative lights, panel lights, chandeliers, LED strips, drivers, fans, etc.) for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits, cycle counts and reconciliation with system records.
- Monitor stock levels, set reorder levels, and raise purchase requisitions to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Identify slow-moving, dead and damaged stock and report it to management with suggested action.
- Coordinate with the sales team on product availability, display pieces, samples and customer orders.
- Manage dispatch and delivery of products, including proper packing of fragile items.
- Handle supplier follow-ups for deliveries, replacements,



warranty claims and returns.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports, MIS and discrepancy reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and security of the storage area.
- Ensure proper documentation: GRN, delivery challans, e-way bills and debit/credit notes, in coordination with accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA or equivalent preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in stock/inventory management, preferably in lighting, electrical, hardware, furniture or retail.
- Good command of MS Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, formulas, data cleaning and report preparation.
- Working knowledge of inventory/ERP/billing software such as Tally, Busy, Marg, SAP or similar.
- Familiarity with barcode/SKU systems and stock-tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing and stock-related documentation.
- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English for dealing with vendors, sales staff and management.
- Good organisation, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
