Hiring: International Customer Service Executive - Voice / Blended | Pune

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA Incentives & Allowances

We are hiring International Customer Service Executives for the international BPO process in Pune. Opportunities are available for both Freshers and Experienced candidates who have Good English communication skills and other requirements of the respective process.

Candidates must have robust spoken English communication skills and must be comfortable handling customer interactions in an international environment.

- Salary Range: ₹3.5–₹5.5 LPA, plus incentives and fixed allowances
- Shifts: Rotational / US shifts, including night shifts
- Joining: Immediate joiners only
- Interview Process: Face-to-face interview only, virtual interviews are not available

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer interactions through voice calls, email & live chat.
- Understand customer queries and complaints and provide accurate, appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers in English.
- Maintain service quality, turnaround time (TAT) and the first-contact resolution standard.
- Follow the relevant process guidelines and customer service standards.

Mandatory Requirements

* HSC pass or Graduate, subject to the eligibility criteria of the respective process.

- Strong spoken English communication skills are mandatory.

* Candidates must be able to understand questions,



respond spontaneously and maintain a professional conversation in English.

* Ability to explain information clearly, understand customer concerns and respond appropriately to follow-up questions.

* Basic conversational English is not sufficient for this role.

- Comfortable working rotational and US/night shifts.

* Available for a face-to-face interview in Pune.

* Immediate joining availability is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. BPO experience is preferred. All candidates must meet the communication and other requirements of the specific process.
