Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for the International Chat Support Executive position. We are looking for individuals with strong written English communication skills and prior international chat or voice process experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through chat support.
- Assist customers with US technology and retail-related queries.
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:



Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of international chat or voice process experience
- Communication: Strong written English communication skills
- Domain Knowledge: US Tech & Retail
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Transport: Both-side cab / Transport Allowance (TA), as applicable
