Customer order processing and order management
Customer coordination and handling queries
Dispatch coordination to ensure timely deliveries
Follow-up with customers for pending payments
Maintaining sales records and related documentation
Coordination with the sales and internal teams for smooth order execution
? Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Relevant experience in sales coordination, order processing, or customer service
Good communication and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
