Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints. Develop design concepts and mood boards using sketches, 3D renderings, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes in line with client vision and project goals.
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation. Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and regulations.
