Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role requires a creative and passionate individual with robust design skills. You will be responsible for developing innovative interior design solutions for clients while actively engaging in activities to secure projects. Proficiency in both AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory for this position.

- Exp: 2 to 5 yrs
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Location/Training: 45-day mandatory training program in Coimbatore
- Schedule:



Sunday work is mandatory working (a weekday off will be provided).

Responsibilities (Design)

- Client Collaboration: Work with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget requirements.
- Concept Development: Develop creative and functional design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, color palettes, and lighting schemes.
- Presentations: Prepare detailed design presentations—including mood boards, sketches, accurate 2D drawings (AutoCAD), and compelling 3D visualizations (SketchUp)—along with material samples to effectively communicate ideas.
- Technical Drawings: Produce detailed working drawings and specifications for construction and installation using AutoCAD.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry technologies.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (non-negotiable).

Required Skills:

Communication: Fluent in English and Tamil with strong interpersonal abilities

Client Pitching: Skilled in persuasive communication, presentations, and client engagement
