We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional with expertise in AI and machine learning to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

The candidate will combine advanced analytics, statistical techniques, and predictive modelling to support data-driven decision-making and business optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to address business challenges.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Build forecasting models, classification models, and segmentation solutions.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to improve analytical processes and business outcomes.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define analytical requirements.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, validation, and feature engineering.
- Monitor model performance and communicate insights,



recommendations, and findings.
- Automate recurring analytical workflows and improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills :

- Robust proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with statistical analysis, data modelling, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AI/ML-powered analytics and forecasting.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and large-scale datasets.
- Knowledge of automated machine learning workflows and model deployment.
