Role Overview

We are seeking a senior IT Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs. You will drive large-scale initiatives involving multiple system integrations, working closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure predictable execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams, including planning, milestones, timelines, and delivery governance.
- Dependency & Risk Management: Drive dependency management across teams and systems. Identify technical, integration, and delivery risks early and drive mitigation. Resolve cross-team and cross-system blockers.
- Technical Partnership: Partner with engineers and architects to understand technical constraints, integration challenges, and trade-offs. Translate technical complexity into clear delivery plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide transparent status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders. Influence without authority across engineering and product organizations.
- Delivery Excellence: Continuously improve delivery processes, governance, and visibility. Drive predictable execution and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

- Proven experience as a IT Program Manager or equivalent at a senior level.




- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply on system design, technical risks, and trade-offs.
- Must have experience delivering projects/systems that require multiple integrations.
- Experience working on complex, multi-team technical programs.
- Excellent ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Exposure to ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MSD BC 365).
- Experience with .NET and microservices architecture.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum/Agile, or equivalent program management certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Postgraduate degree preferred.
