Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React. js and Node. js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

The candidate should be proficient in frontend engineering, backend development, API integration, database management, and up-to-date software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive, interactive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain scalable frontend architecture.
- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or equivalent solutions.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Optimize frontend performance, page loading speed, and application usability.
- Participate in UI reviews and collaborate with designers and product teams.

Backend Development :

- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, business logic, and server-side application workflows.
- Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and secure API communication.
- Optimize backend performance, error handling, and application reliability.
- Build asynchronous processing workflows and integrate third-party services.

Testing and Deployment :

- Write unit tests,



integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Debug issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment, monitoring, and release processes.
- Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in web application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, event loops, and error handling.
- Familiarity with Git, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of web application security and common vulnerabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring.
- Experience with microservices and distributed application architectures.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
