Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role is an on-site position based in Noida. The intern will assist in identifying and researching relevant influencers across social media platforms, compiling outreach lists, and supporting communication with influencers under guidance from the marketing team. Day-to-day tasks include helping draft collaboration proposals, tracking campaign performance metrics, and coordinating content schedules.

The intern will also support social media and digital marketing activities, contribute ideas for creative campaigns,



and prepare basic reports on influencer initiatives.

Qualifications

- Interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital campaigns, with a basic understanding of major platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist with outreach messages, collaboration proposals, and internal updates.
- Ability to conduct structured online research, organize data in spreadsheets, and maintain accurate records of influencer activities.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida as part of a cooperative team, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics tools is an added advantage.
