WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for experienced Independent Recruiters who:

✅ Have hands-on experience in India & International Recruitment

✅ Have access to relevant India & international hiring tools / databases

✅ Have a robust candidate network across multiple industries

✅ Can understand requirements quickly and deliver relevant profiles

✅ Are capable of working on urgent and time-sensitive mandates

✅ Can target and close positions within 1–2 days, wherever the talent market permits

✅ Are proactive, responsive and committed to closure

✅ Can independently manage sourcing, screening and candidate coordination

✅ Can work across remote, hybrid and onsite requirements

✅ Are available to start immediately

EARNING OPPORTUNITYEarn 1%–2% of the salary for every position successfully closed.
