Role Description The Implementation Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation of Unifo’s flagship product for clients, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, and go-live coordination.

The Implementation

Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth deployments and successful adoption. Day-to-day activities include managing project plans, coordinating with client stakeholders, resolving implementation issues, providing training and documentation, and monitoring post-implementation performance. The role also involves identifying process improvements, capturing client feedback, and contributing to best practices for future implementations.

Qualifications

- Strong project and implementation management skills, including planning,



coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in custom clearance domain, with the ability to understand and map client processes to product capabilities.
- Technical aptitude for working with software products, including configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with a focus on clear documentation and training.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and use problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Prior experience in software implementation, product deployment, or consulting is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
