Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing all HR operations at Zivaya Wellness. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for spa staff and corporate employees.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures, while fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture. Daily tasks include maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll inputs and attendance, and administering benefits and leave policies.



The role also involves developing HR policies, coordinating training and development programs, supporting workforce planning for multiple branches, and collaborating with leadership on organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to support a healthy and productive work environment.

- Ability to manage HR administration, including HRIS or HR software, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and documentation.

- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies applicable in India.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across branches.

- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
