About Secondz

Secondz is a technology startup building software that automates complex business workflows using AI. We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Intern to support candidate communication, recruitment coordination, and hiring portal management.

Responsibilities

- Contact candidates regarding job applications and interview opportunities.
- Communicate with candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Manage job postings and applications across hiring portals.
- Coordinate interviews and share interview details with candidates.
- Follow up on interview confirmations and hiring updates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with organising applications and candidate information.

Requirements

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable contacting candidates professionally.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.




- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage. What You’ll Get
