Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the Mumbai office. This full-time, on-site role will involve partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs, manage hiring processes, and develop policies that support a positive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle day-to-day HR operations such as maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant teams or vendors. The role will also include designing and implementing training initiatives, supporting career development, facilitating feedback and appraisal processes,



and addressing employee concerns in a fair and confidential manner.

The Human Resources

Manager will be expected to contribute to HR strategy, process improvements, and change management efforts to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR domains such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements relevant to India, particularly Maharashtra.
- Ability to develop and implement HR processes, including documentation, HRIS usage, and data management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and career development plans.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing or service-oriented company.
