Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a proactive Director of HR Operations to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
- Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
- 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
