Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR coordination for US-based requirements. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking, with a focus on international hiring and US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment for assigned US-based positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-ups.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, qualified networks, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess experience, communication skills, role suitability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based hiring managers, accounting for time-zone differences.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, selection status, and joining timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and update candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring progress.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve recruitment delays and ensure timely hiring.
- Prepare daily recruitment reports covering sourcing activity, qualified candidates, interviews, offers, and pending actions.
- Handle candidate information and recruitment records confidentially.

Requirements

- Education: MBA
- Experience: 3+
- Excellent English communication and professional email-writing skills.
- Experience with international recruitment or US hiring is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS/CRM tools, and recruitment trackers.
- Strong candidate management, scheduling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Willingness to work US-aligned night shifts from the Gurugram office.

Performance Expectations

- Meet assigned sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for assigned positions.
- Ensure timely interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines.
- Submit accurate daily recruitment updates to management.

Note: This is a work-from-office position in Gurugram, Haryana, supporting US recruitment requirements. Candidates must be comfortable working the assigned US shift timings from the office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
