Role Description As a verQ HR Partner, you close hiring mandates for verQ's startup clients and earn a commission on every successful placement. There is no fixed salary and no cap on earnings.

What you will do

- Pick up open hiring mandates from verQ's client pool across tech, sales, marketing, operations and other functions
- Understand each role with the verQ team (and the client where needed): must-haves, budget, timelines
- Source candidates through your network, job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
- Screen candidates for fit, intent, notice period and salary expectations before submitting
- Submit shortlisted profiles through verQ's structured candidate form on the platform
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and keep candidates warm through the process
- Support offer discussions and follow up until the candidate joins

Who we are looking for

Must have





- 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (agency, in-house or freelance)
- A track record of closing positions, ideally for startups or quick-growing companies
- An active candidate network in at least one domain (tech, sales, marketing, ops, finance, etc.)
- Strong screening and communication skills in English and Hindi
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently on a results-only model

Good to have

- Experience with mid-to-senior or niche hiring
- Your own recruitment firm or freelance practice
- Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
