Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding talent across all departments.
- HR Operations amp; Lifecycle: Induction, attendance, leave trackers, payroll coordination, documentation, and exit management.
- Employee Relations amp; Grievance Handling: Skilled, confidential handling of workplace issues, grievances, conflict resolution, team engagement, and performance management (PIPs/appraisals).
- Compliance amp; Strategy: POSH, statutory norms, labor law alignment.
