What You'll Do

- Sourcing & Talent Ops: Find, reach out to, and schedule rockstar candidates before our competitors even see their profile.
- Candidate Experience: Make every candidate fall in love with our hiring process (even when it’s a no).
- Onboarding at Scale: Take new hires from "offer signed" to "fully operational" with zero friction.
- Culture & Vibe Checks:



Keep the energy high, plan high-impact team events, internal engagement, and culture initiatives.
- People Ops & Logistics: Handle daily HR admin, document workflows, and build our foundational HR processes from the ground up
- Special Projects & Wildcard Initiatives: Got an idea? Pitch it, build it, run it. You’ll also tackle unexpected startup challenges and jump onto whatever high-priority project needs solving each week.

Who You Are

- Fresh Graduate (Batch of 2025/2026) in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field. Available for a full-time, 6-month commitment.
- Fast-Paced & Resourceful: You don't wait for step-by-step instructions. You figure things out, execute fast, and iterate.
- Master Communicator: Crisp writing, spunky personality, and zero hesitation when jumping on calls or Slack threads.
- Obsessively Organized: You can juggle 10 open roles, 15 interview schedules, and a culture project without dropping the ball.
- High EQ & Discretion: You know how to read the room, handle sensitive info with zero leaks, and build genuine, respectful relationships across teams.
