Role Description: The HR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow. The HR manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for teaching and non-teaching staff. Daily responsibilities include managing payroll and perks, maintaining employee records, handling performance appraisal processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and school policies, resolving employee relations issues, and advising leadership on HR best practices. The HR manager will collaborate with school administration to plan workforce needs, develop HR policies, and support training and development programs that align with the institution’s goals.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for educational or similar organizations.




- Experience with payroll administration, benefits management, and HR documentation.
- Strong abilities in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements relevant to India.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in a school or service-focused environment.
