We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support performance appraisals and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
