: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and hands-on HR Executive to manage factory HR operations, including blue-collar recruitment, contract labour management, attendance monitoring, manpower planning, and HR documentation. The candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage contractor onboarding, manpower allocation, and daily labour, helper, and supervisor reports.
- Prepare weekly machine-wise manpower reports and submit daily reports to Head Office.
- Monitor and verify employee attendance, registers, and attendance cards.
- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Manage employee joining and exit formalities and maintain employee records.
- Update recruitment trackers, HR MIS, and other HR reports.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Manage labour contractors, HR vendors, and contract manpower.




- Monitor manpower budgets and track actual manpower against approved budgets.
- Conduct daily factory rounds and maintain the required registers.
- Monitor security supervisors and support workplace safety initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in Factory HR or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and contract labour management.
- Good understanding of attendance management, manpower planning, and HR documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
- Good communication skills and a qualified personality.
- Disciplined, organised, and capable of following factory procedures.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and conduct daily factory rounds.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
