Job Title : Hospital Operations Head
Experience : 3-5 years in hospital operation
Location : Dharwad, karnataka
Role & Responsibilites :
- Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Manage staff performance, discipline, and patient complaints.
- Monitor patient admissions, bed occupancy, and hospital efficiency.
- Improve patient satisfaction and operational processes.
- Track hospital performance reports and support revenue growth.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Hospital Administration preferred.
- Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Hospital operations experience, preferably in a 50 bed hospital.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Experience
- daily hospital operations including Billing OPD IPD ICU: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
