Job Summary

As the founding HR Head of our Raipur branch, you will set up the HR function from scratch, create people policies and practices, and lead recruitment across the Shanti Group. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building systems and working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment for the entire Shanti Group, as required
- Leverage your HR network to source quality candidates
- Formulate HR policies and practices for the group, starting with the Raipur office




- Implement policies effectively and drive adoption across teams
- Build the HR function at the new Raipur office from scratch
- Partner with senior management to align people practices with business goals

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 7 years of corporate experience with in-depth HR knowledge
- Energetic, tech-savvy and well connected in the HR fraternity
- Civil construction or real estate background preferred
- MBA / PGDM in HR is an added advantage

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
