You will be working with bright set of individual goal oriented, use latest marketing strategies. You will be responsible to design brand message, brand position and run it on online and offline channels to generate brand equity and generate footfall for admissions.

Responsibilities

Ideation and execution of intuitive marketing strategies

Organize and oversee advertising/ communication campaigns (social media, ATL, Print, Radio etc), exhibitions and promotional events





Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

Identify and onboard relevant partners for user acquisition on various channels

Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Day-to-day coordination and operational tasks of these affiliates/partners

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role

Ability to create a Marketing plan and execute it.

Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials with creative team.

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

Robust drive to produce results.

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Creativity and commercial awareness

Btech/ BBA/ MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Salary : 60K to 90K
