About the Role

Biofrost is looking for an ambitious, result-oriented brand lead to establish cold therapy as a recognized category in India and build Biofrost into a leading consumer brand.

We need a master of content and performance marketing who combines strategic thinking, creative excellence, and commercial understanding to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Category Creation: Develop strategies to educate Indian consumers about cold therapy and establish Biofrost’s differentiated positioning.
- Content Leadership: Drive impactful reels, videos, UGC, influencer campaigns, and consumer education, with strong hooks and clear brand messaging.
- Performance Marketing: Lead Meta, Google, and other digital campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition, conversions, and ROI.
- Team Management: Take complete ownership of the existing content and performance marketing teams, ensuring accountability and results.
- Agency & Creator Network: Leverage established connections with content agencies, production houses, freelancers, and creators for outsourced work.
- Holistic Growth:



Integrate digital marketing with e-commerce, quick commerce, offline activations, and sales initiatives.
- Business Results: Build a measurable marketing roadmap focused on brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

- Solid experience in brand building, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of growing consumer brands through integrated marketing.
- Excellent creative judgement combined with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and marketing budgets.
- Proactive, hands-on, commercially minded, and accountable for results.

A postgraduate qualification in marketing or brand management is preferred; demonstrated expertise and achievements are essential.

We are looking for a brand builder, not just a marketing manager—someone who can create category awareness, make Biofrost memorable, and turn marketing into measurable business growth.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
