Senior RPG Developer :

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPG Developer with solid expertise in RPG programming, application design, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using RPG programming.
- Write clean, efficient, readable, and maintainable code following established programming standards.
- Utilize SQL for database operations, data retrieval, and manipulation.
- Work with RDi (Rational Developer for i) for application development and debugging.
- Apply relational database concepts and principles to application design and development.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues through effective debugging and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.




- Work independently in a quick-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of overall experience in software development, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in RPG programming and design.
- Strong proficiency in RPG, SQL, and RDi.
- Solid understanding of software development practices, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
- Proven knowledge of relational database concepts and principles.
- Ability to develop efficient, readable, and maintainable code.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team under tight deadlines.
