Senior OpenText Content Management Consultant :

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Content Management Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Content Server and Extended ECM (xECM). The ideal candidate should have experience in platform administration, system configuration, business application integrations, workflow automation, and document migration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, upgrade, and administer OpenText Content Management (Content Server).
- Implement and manage OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), including business workspaces and workspace templates.
- Integrate OpenText with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors.
- Configure permissions, categories, attributes, metadata models, and access controls.
- Manage records management capabilities, including retention schedules, classifications, and legal holds.
- Design and maintain WebReports, LiveReports, and workflows to automate business processes.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, OScript, and Content Server SDK.
- Execute document migration from legacy systems and file shares into OpenText.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize platform performance,



and ensure content governance and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise content management solutions.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of relevant experience in OpenText Content Management.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server installation, configuration, upgrades, and administration.
- Robust expertise in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM).
- Experience with business workspaces, workspace templates, and integrations with SAP, Salesforce, or SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of permissions, categories, attributes, and metadata modeling.
- Knowledge of records management, retention policies, classifications, and legal holds.
- Experience in WebReports, LiveReports, and workflow design.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OScript, and Content Server SDK.
- Experience in document migration from legacy content repositories or file shares.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
