Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors and clients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive, professional experience from arrival to departure. Daily tasks include handling inquiries in person, over phone, and via email, coordinating appointments and site visits, and providing accurate information about projects and services.

The Guest Relations

Executive will support basic sales and customer follow-up activities,



maintain visitor logs and reception area standards, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including confident spoken and written interaction.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties skills, such as front desk management, call handling, appointment scheduling, and visitor coordination.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including lead handling, introducing project offerings, and supporting follow-up communication.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles, and familiarity with MS Office and telecommunication systems.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include robust problem-solving ability, attention to detail, professional grooming, and fluency in English and local languages.
