We are urgently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of GST compliance, TDS, and foreign accounting. Candidates with prior experience working in a manufacturing company will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting processes/GST, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates who are proficient in spoken Tamil or Kannada are only preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation, and GST-related documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Manage foreign accounting transactions, including foreign currency transactions, forex adjustments, and overseas vendor/customer accounting.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding follow-ups.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments as required.




- Candidates with experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, cost-related entries, and purchase/sales accounting will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- B. Com, M. Com, or a relevant finance/accounting qualification.
- 3–5years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong working knowledge of GST compliance and TDS.
- Experience handling foreign accounting transactions and foreign currency accounting.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
