Key Responsibilities

- LinkedIn Growth: Own and execute Success Pact's end-to-end LinkedIn growth strategy.
- Brand & Positioning: Strengthen our market positioning as a leading technology hiring partner and build a premium B2B brand.
- Thought Leadership: Build Founder and Executive profiles through strategic content and industry insights.
- Content Strategy: Create compelling content on technology hiring, salary benchmarks, and executive search.
- Demand Generation: Generate qualified B2B leads through organic and paid campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Design targeted campaigns to attract potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve landing pages, website conversions, and email marketing flows.
- Research & Insights: Develop industry reports, case studies, and executive campaigns.
- Performance Analytics: Track campaign performance,



lead quality, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Who We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven experience in growing B2B brands through LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience in B2B marketing across technology services, qualified services, SaaS, or HR Tech.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and campaign strategy skills.
- Ability to translate business insights into effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to take ownership and work directly with senior leadership.
