Role Description The GTM Engineer (Full-Time/Intern) role at endurace.pro is a remote position based in India. This role involves working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to implement and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies from a technical perspective. Day-to-day tasks may include configuring and integrating GTM tools, setting up tracking and analytics, supporting website and landing page experiments, and ensuring data flows accurately between systems.

The GTM Engineer will collaborate on launch plans for new features,



assist in performance monitoring and reporting, and help troubleshoot technical issues affecting campaigns or user experience. Full time team members and interns are expected to contribute to documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional communication to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with web technologies, basic coding or scripting, and comfort with implementing tracking and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.
- Interest in go-to-market strategy, product launches, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Curiosity about endurance sports and digital platforms; prior exposure to startup environments is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
