Role Description The Group Managing Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and growth for Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. This position will lead senior teams across consulting, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure consistent quality of advisory services and client satisfaction. The role involves setting performance targets, monitoring financial outcomes, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and internal standards.

The Group Managing

Director will drive expansion initiatives, build strategic partnerships,



and represent the organization in key external meetings and industry forums. Daily activities include reviewing operational reports, mentoring leadership staff, making data-driven decisions, and continuously improving processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in qualified services, consulting, or a related field, with responsibility for multi-team or multi-location operations.
- Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, financial oversight, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in immigration, legal services, or international education sectors is highly beneficial, with a solid understanding of regulatory environments.
