About Devloops

Devloops builds and runs AI systems that take manual work off operations teams in logistics, construction, and property management. Think invoices re-keyed by hand, change orders stuck for weeks, and maintenance requests lost in email. We build the system and run it against an outcome we agree with the client.

The role

You’ll help us find the right companies to work with. You’ll work closely with the Strategy & BD team.

What you’ll do

- Identify companies in our target sectors that are likely to need help, using a range of signals and sources
- Research accounts and find the right decision-makers
- Build and enrich prospect lists using Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Gen AI tools
- Complete LinkedIn tasks in our outreach sequences

Who we’re looking for

- Final year MBA or recent graduates
- AI-native: you reach for Gen AI by default
- Curious, coachable, and quality-minded
- You take ownership and figure things out
- Transparent written English
