Role Description This is a full time, on-site Google Ads Specialist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Google Ads

Specialist will plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and other relevant networks to meet client performance objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, setting up ad groups and targeting, writing and testing ad copy, and managing budgets and bids to improve ROI. The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.





The role also involves collaborating with account managers and other marketing team members to align campaigns with broader digital strategies and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze metrics in Google Analytics and other reporting tools, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable changes.
- Experience creating compelling ad copy and basic landing page optimization to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO fundamentals, and conversion rate optimization.
- Comfort working directly with clients or internal stakeholders, managing expectations, and communicating results clearly.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or dashboards for tracking performance and preparing regular reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Google Ads are highly beneficial.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to platform changes, and stay current with Google Ads best practices and policies.
