JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for lead generation and conversion optimization. This role focuses on creating and executing strategies that attract new patients for dental clinics, using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and advanced marketing funnels built with Lead Generation Portal.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in running lead generation campaigns, optimizing funnels, and using automation workflows to raise potential patients into booked appointments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for dental clients.
- Develop service-specific ads and landing pages that are optimized to drive conversions and generate new patient inquiries.
- Provide expert recommendations on landing page content and structure to increase lead capture.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels using Lead Generation Tool to guide potential patients through the sales funnel—from awareness to booking an appointment.
- Implement Lead Generation Tool automation workflows, SMS workflows and Email workflows to nurture leads and follow up with prospects.
- Create and test multiple ad variations to ensure the highest lead generation rates (A/B testing).
- Conduct keyword research for high-value search terms that drive local traffic and new patients.
- Use geo-targeting to ensure ads reach the most relevant local audience.
- Optimize ad spend and campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI for lead generation.
- Manage retargeting campaigns to recapture potential patients who visited the website but did not convert.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and other tracking tools, with a focus on lead generation metrics.




- Collaborate with the creative team to develop videos, images, and copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Keep up with ad platform updates and implement best practices to improve lead generation performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years of experience in lead generation-focused digital marketing, specifically in paid ads (Google and Meta).
- Proven track record of increasing lead generation through digital campaigns.
- Expertise in landing page optimization and funnel planning for lead generation.
- Knowledge of Lead Generation Tool workflows and automations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC, retargeting, and audience targeting strategies focused on generating leads.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure lead generation performance.
- Robust copywriting skills for creating ad copy, CTAs, and content that drives lead conversions.
- Familiarity with SEO and local search strategies is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
