About the Company

Shree Balaji Impex & Plywood deals in plywood and face veneer trading, supplying materials to wholesalers, retailers, carpenters, and other businesses.

We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and responsible person to independently manage our plywood godown and handle its day-to-day operations.

The role involves stock management, customer handling, order processing, billing, sales support, and overall godown management. The candidate should be organised, good at communication, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of all materials, including sizes, thicknesses, grades, and quantities.
- Warehouse Management: Manage the overall functioning of the godown, including loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials.
- Order Management: Handle customer orders and ensure correct and timely dispatch of materials.
- Billing & Data Management: Prepare bills, maintain records, and update stock and sales data.
- Customer Handling: Communicate with customers and dealers, understand their requirements, and maintain good relationships.
- Sales & Marketing: Contact customers, follow up on enquiries, and help generate new orders.
- Price Management: Understand product prices and communicate the correct rates to customers.
- Payment Follow-ups: Track pending payments and coordinate with customers for collections.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate with workers, transporters, customers,



and dealers to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualities

- Honesty & Trustworthiness: Must be honest, reliable, and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proactive Nature: Should take initiative, identify what needs to be done, and manage tasks without waiting for constant instructions.
- Good Communication: Must communicate confidently and professionally with customers, dealers, workers, and transporters.
- Management Skills: Should be organised and capable of managing stock, orders, and daily operations efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Must be practical, alert, and able to handle day-to-day challenges.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Should be comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or billing software.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience in godown management, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in the plywood, timber, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in private-sector businesses and customer-facing roles will be preferred.
- Basic education with relevant practical experience is welcome.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
