Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Physician role based in Pakyong.

The General

Physician will provide primary medical care, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves collaborating with nursing and other healthcare staff, offering preventive health advice, and participating in health education or training activities as needed. The physician is expected to follow clinical guidelines,



uphold patient safety standards, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of medical conditions.

- Experience or training in Family Medicine, with a focus on continuous and comprehensive patient care.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

- Experience in Training or mentoring clinical staff or students is an advantage.

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution; valid medical registration/license as required by local regulations.

- Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an inclusive and respectful approach to all patients.

- Commitment to ethical medical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
