A well-established business group with a chain of all bakery outlets and a centralized production unit (Borma) in Kottayam is looking for a energetic, result-oriented General Manager (GM) to oversee and transform our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all bakery retail outlets and the central production unit (Borma).
- Cost & Wastage Control: Implement strict inventory management to minimize food wastage and plug financial leakages.
- Staff Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the sales and production staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase footfall, introduce high-margin products, and boost overall sales.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, billing systems (POS), and overhead costs to ensure the business transitions into a profitable model.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in the Bakery, Restaurant, FMCG, or Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry. Prior experience managing multiple outlets/branches is highly preferred.
- Education: Post Graduate or MBA in Business Administration/Hospitality Management (preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates).
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in using billing/POS and inventory software.
