Role Overview :

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with experience in Finance and Manufacturing modules.

The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, conducting fit-gap analysis, supporting integrations, and assisting with implementation, migration, testing, and post-go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Provide functional expertise in Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Configure and support Manufacturing functionalities, including Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Costing.
- Support Supply Chain processes, including purchasing, sales, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, enhancements, and system integrations.
- Support third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Assist with upgrade and migration projects from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)



to Business Central.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and go-live activities.
- Track project tasks, issues, and progress using JIRA.
- Provide ongoing application support and resolve functional issues for end users.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Manufacturing modules.
- Understanding of General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including BOM, Routings, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Costing.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, including purchasing, sales, inventory, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, and fit-gap analysis.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
- Experience with Dynamics NAV to Business Central migration projects.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations and customization requirements.
- Familiarity with JIRA for project and issue tracking
