- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services to design scalable and resilient systems.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies to streamline deployment processes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to enhance development efficiency.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to full stack development.
- Understanding of security best practices to ensure robust and secure application architecture.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Platform Engineering.
