We are looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer who is excited to build modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.

This role is for someone who wants to go beyond writing code. You will learn to understand requirements, plan solutions, build features, test your work, identify security risks, and take responsibility for the quality of what you deliver.

What You Will Do

1. Build Complete Product Features

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Build backend APIs and business logic using Node.js.
- Work with databases, authentication, integrations, and third-party services.
- Understand how frontend, backend, APIs, and databases work together.
- Turn product requirements into working, maintainable software.

2. Work AI-Natively

- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and productivity.
- Use AI to assist with code generation, debugging, documentation, test creation, and code reviews.
- Understand the code generated by AI before accepting or using it.
- Verify AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Know when AI is helpful and when a problem requires independent reasoning.

3. Take End-to-End Ownership

- Understand the purpose and expected outcome of every assigned feature.
- Break requirements into manageable tasks and plan your implementation before coding.
- Identify dependencies, assumptions, technical challenges, and potential risks early.
- Take features through development, testing, bug fixing, and deployment readiness.
- Communicate progress honestly and raise blockers before they affect delivery.
- Take responsibility for fixing issues rather than simply handing problems to someone else.

4. Follow Engineering and Security Standards

- Write clean, readable, modular, and maintainable code.
- Follow Git and GitHub workflows, pull requests,



and code review practices.
- Write unit tests and integration tests where appropriate.
- Validate user inputs and handle errors properly.
- Follow secure coding practices for authentication, authorization, API keys, secrets, and sensitive data.
- Never commit credentials, tokens, private keys, or other secrets to source code.
- Participate in architecture discussions and document important technical decisions.

5. Collaborate and Continuously Improve

- Communicate clearly with teammates and ask thoughtful questions when requirements are unclear.
- Share useful learnings, reusable solutions, and technical discoveries.
- Accept feedback positively and apply it to future work.
- Learn from bugs and incidents instead of repeating the same mistakes.
- Stay updated with modern web technologies, AI tools, and software engineering practices.

Required Skills

Technical fundamentals

- Basic to good understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React and component-based development.
- Understanding of Next.js fundamentals or willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and REST API development.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser fundamentals.
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of HTTP, APIs, JSON, and client-server architecture.

AI-native engineering

- Willingness to use AI development tools as part of the daily engineering workflow.
- Ability to review, understand, test, and validate AI-generated code.
- Curiosity about how AI can improve development productivity without compromising quality.
- Willingness to learn effective prompting, debugging, and AI-assisted testing techniques.

Engineering mindset

- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to code quality.
- Willingness to plan before implementation and test before delivery.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks from understanding to completion.

- Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of software development experience.
- Candidates with personal projects, internships, open-source contributions, or practical project experience.

A strong portfolio or practical project can be more valuable than knowing every technology listed above.
