About the Role

Beyond4walls Education invites applications from experienced and enthusiastic freelance Trip Leaders to coordinate and lead educational trips, student journeys, and experiential learning programmes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing groups, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring a smooth, engaging, and well-organized journey.

Roles &

Responsibilities

- Lead and accompany groups on domestic and educational trips, ensuring effective on-ground coordination.
- Facilitate group activities and support engaging, meaningful experiences for participants.
- Coordinate with hotels, bus operators, airlines, railways, and other travel service providers.
- Address travel-related challenges and resolve operational issues promptly.

-Cordinate with internal teams, vendors, and group participants to ensure seamless trip execution.

- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive group experience throughout the journey.





Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience as a Trip Leader, Tour Manager, Group Coordinator.
- Practical knowledge of tour operations, travel logistics, and group management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and travel service providers.
- Valuable problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic geographical knowledge and familiarity with travel destinations..
- A qualification or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality is desirable.

- Travel: Willingness to travel as per assigned programme schedules
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior group travel leadership experience
