What You'll Be Working On

- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, advertisements, and other digital video content.
- Work with established brands across D2C, hospitality, edtech, and other industries.
- Create engaging edits with strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
- Adapt your editing style to different brand identities, audiences, and creative briefs.
- Work with live-action footage and AI-generated videos, depending on project requirements.
- Turn raw footage and supplied assets into compelling final videos.
- Meet assigned weekly targets and agreed delivery deadlines.
- Maintain consistent quality while working independently.

How Compensation Works This is a freelance, output-based engagement. Your earnings depend on the number of videos you complete and deliver in line with the agreed quality standards.





- Earn up to ₹40,000 per month for completing the target of 50 videos.

- A strong video editing portfolio that demonstrates creativity and execution.
- A good understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, music, sound design, and visual composition.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- An understanding of short-form content, Instagram Reels, and performance-driven video creatives.
- The ability to adapt to different brand styles and creative briefs.
- Good time management and the ability to deliver consistently without constant supervision.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to incorporate revisions within agreed timelines.




- An interest in AI-generated video and tools such as Kling, Runway, Google Veo, or similar platforms is a plus.
